舵 桨   Rudder Propeller
  舵桨(Rudder Propeller)是苏州船用机械有限公司船用产品中的一个系列产品。     The Rudder Propeller(RP) is one of the series of products of SMMC.
  一九八六年公司引进了德国SCHOTTEL舵桨技术,生产的舵桨(Rudder Propeller)分别取得了国际、国内船级社的认可并成功装船使用,各自服务于国内外广阔的海域。舵桨(Rudder Propeller)今日已广泛用于各种型号和大小的船舶上。公司可提供一系列规格的舵桨(Rudder Propeller)。   SMMC introduced the Rudder Propeller(RP)technology from SCHOTTEL of Germany in 1986. The Rudder Propeller made by SMMC has been approved by the China Classification Society and other international Classification Societies.And the products have been successfully installed,used and served on the ships.They are sailing in oceanic area of home and abroad.Rudder Propeller(RP)is today used for all types and sizes of ships,SMMC can provide with a series of specifications of Rudder Propeller(RP).
  通过操纵舵桨转舵机构使螺旋桨能够围绕着垂直的中间立柱作360°任意方向回转。因此SMMC舵桨集推进功能和操舵功能于一体,能使船舶在任何方向都能获得最大推力。   The propeller can be freely steered through 360°degrees around the stem.Therefore the SMMC Rudder Propeller is a combined propulsion and steering unit,so that the full thrust is available in any direction for the ship.
  如果原动机是电动机或液压马达,则舵桨上齿轮箱可以取消。电动机或液压马达可以垂直安装在舵桨的固定法兰上,动力通过水下的一对螺旋齿轮传输给螺旋桨(L型推进)。    If the prime engine is electric or hydraulic motor,the upper gearbox can be eliminated.The electric or hydraulic motor can be vertically mounted on the fixed flange and the power will be transmitted through a bevel gear in lower gearbox on to the propeller(L-drive). 
  SMMC舵桨转舵可由机械的、液压的和电液遥控的转舵装置来实现。SMMC舵桨可以用作船舶的主、辅推进和动力定位,常用拖船、推船、渡船和驳船等。目前工厂正在开发更大功率舵桨,以满足市场需要。    The SMMC Rudder Propeller can be operated by mechanical,hydraulic or electric-hydraulic unit,and can be in active service as main propulsion,auxiliary propulsion and dynamic positioning of the ship,which are usually used in tugs,push boats,ferry boats and barges etc. Now the factory is developing higher power RP to satisfy requirements from market. 
  常用的电液遥控的SMMC舵桨由图二中所示的部件组成。

  SMMC舵桨有三种安装型式,即艉机型、井座型和甲板机组型  
  The SMMC RP is usually used and controlled by electric hydraulic unit. It consists of the parts shown Fig.2
  There are three installation types. Transom installation,Well installation and Deck installation.  
  SMMC舵桨转可由机械的,液压的和电液遥控的转舵装置来实现。SMMC舵桨可以用作船舶的主、辅推进和动力定位,常用于拖船、推船、渡船和驳船等。目前工厂正在开发更大功率舵桨,以满足市场需要。    The SMMC Rudder Propeller can be operated by mecha nical,hydraulic or electric-hydraulic unit.and can be in active service as main propulsion,auxiliary propulsion of the ship.which are usually used in tugs,push boats,ferry boats and barges etc.Now the factory is developing higher power RP to satisfy requirements from the market. 
  原动机(柴油机)的推进动力通常是通过高弹性联轴器、离合器、万向传动轴送到SMMC舵桨,SMMC舵桨将动力通过上、下两对螺旋锥齿轮传送到螺旋桨,从而产生推动(Z型推进)。    The power of the diesel engine is transmitted to the SMMP Rudder Propeller through an elastic coupling,a clutch and the universal shafts,The SMMC Rudder Propeller transmits the engine power to the propeller via upper and lower bevel gear sets (Z-drive).
